In a partnership with Driving-Tests.org, Sweetwater Public Library offers online access to the Tennessee Driver's Handbooks and a number of online practice tests of ranging difficulties for Tennessee licenses, including practice permits, motorcycle, and commercial driver's licenses. Help4TN is a website created by the Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services (TALS) in partnership with West Tennessee Legal Services. TALS partners with legal service providers to compile legal information on key issues. TALS also partners with the National Association of Social Workers, TN Chapter, on content to strengthen the social services referral network to families and children statewide.
